Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until compliance is achieved.
Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. pka365 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its fee schedule at the time. Users will be notified by email before any such fees are applied. Remaining balances exceeding applicable fees will be returned to the user upon request and completion of KYC.

pka365's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pka365 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pka365's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.
pka365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pka365 reasonably determines that:
Upon account closure due to breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the user voluntarily (other than for self-exclusion reasons), the verified PKR balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method subject to completion of KYC and standard processing timelines.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pka365's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pka365's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
